Hello! I’m Kristen Eales and I’m a Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist with over 10 years experience. I am passionate about learning and education which has led me to complete a clinical Masters in both Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy from The University of Queensland and allowing me to assess and manage a large range of complex conditions and injuries.
I enjoy treating a variety of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries including headaches, neck pain and post-concussion management, spinal and lower back pain, shoulder injuries, hip knee and foot and ankle injuries and pain. I have experience working with runners, golfers and AFL athletes.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
If attending a physiotherapy appointment, wear something you can move in, and that will enable access to the area of concern so a thorough examination can be made.
For Motion exercise sessions, please wear comfortable athletic wear, free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. The studio is co-ed, so please dress accordingly.
We will begin by asking you about your injury or area of concern, including a thorough history. A thorough physical examination will then be conducted which will include movements, muscle and joint assessments to identify not only your diagnosis, but also key factors that may be influencing this. Based on the assessment findings, we will conduct a tailored treatment plan specific to you, including home exercises. If you are attending a Motion Exercise initial appointment, we will begin taking you through your program.
